We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Good to know :

– Alla produkter och all information uppdateras dagligen och slutlagerinformation kopplas till lokala grossistföretag
för livsmedel som vi samarbetar med och information från stormarknader.
– Produktbilderna uppdateras kontinuerligt och ibland kan det hända att du har en ny förpackningsdesign och form.
– Vårt lager är tillgängligt dygnet runt, så det kan ibland hända att produkter som är slut i lager beställs.
Du kommer att meddelas om detta och du har möjlighet att ersätta dem med andra produkter eller återbetala ditt betalningsvärde för dessa produkter.

Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

 

Eligible Products

Items must be returned in new condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food or grocery items)
  • Opened consumables
  • Customized or personalized products
